Exclusively for South Texas College of Law Houston students, faculty, and staff—the GreenStreet Garage (a 2-min walk from campus) Spend-Down Account makes parking flexible and affordable.
Instead of paying for a full month or semester, you can purchase prepaid parking “credits” and use them only on the days you’re actually on campus.
It’s simple: 1 credit = 1 entry + 1 exit (valid during school hours on class days).
Rates & Details
- 10-Use Pack – $50 (just $5/credit)
- 20-Use Pack – $90 (only $4.50/credit)
Credits are valid only for the current semester and are non-refundable. The system deducts one credit for each visit, and you can reload anytime.
How to Sign Up
Simply email [email protected] with the subject line “Student Spend-Down” and include your name, contact info, desired pack size, and Student ID number. Once processed, pick up your access card at the Level 1 garage office (Student or faculty ID required).
